"Your serviceman, Nick, is worth his weight in gold. I described to him over the phone the problem I was having with my tub and he knew right away what happened, when other service people did not have a clue. "Thanks again to recommending our LSX1050FST spa for us. We have enjoyed it not only as a relaxing evening out for the adults, but also for great family time as well. Our four year old joins us on the weekend evenings and we just have some fantastic quality time.
I honestly wasn’t sure if we would get out there on the cold nights, but as it turns out we have thoroughly enjoyed our evenings during January and February. We even ventured out there during the recent 12 inch snowstorm which was amazing. We use our built in Stereo System and the LED lights almost every time out and it certainly adds to the experience. We also got the television and look forward to using it during the spring and summer as the kids are playing in the backyard.

"I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much we are enjoying out new Down East hot tub! We use it every night.
The whole experience has been a pleasure; the gentlemen who delivered the tub (Jamie, Keith, Neil and Chris) were terrific! I have to say it probably wasn’t one of their easier deliveries but you would never be able to tell it by their attitudes, and the care that they gave to making sure that the tub wasn’t damaged was outstanding!
Also Jamie was very helpful in troubleshooting a problem that was most likely a problem caused by the electrician.
Over all I’d call it a resounding Success!"
